How to refund and exchange?

Note: The return must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, and unworn.

Before you return/exchange an item, please contact with our Customer Service,they will introduce you how to do.

Here are the basic steps:

1. Contact us with Email. In your email, please including:
1) Your Full Name, Order Number, Transaction ID
2) Brief description: why you need to return/exchange
3) Take some pictures of the delivery receipt, the package and the items that you received for us checking

2. Simply complete the "Service Return Label", includes the return address, which our customer sent to you via Email after you conact with us.

3. Print the "Service Return Label", and sent it back with the items.

4. Please send us the tracking number after you ship out your return

5. Please allow us to take 1-3 working days to deal with your issue after we received your return,.

Note: Refunds will be credited back to the credit card account used for the purchase, minus delivery charges and $10 of restocking fee. If you are receiving a defective item or if we made an error, we will refund the full cost of the item plus the original shipping charges.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to review by our Quality Assurance Team, so the client should be responsibily for the shipping cost firstly.
